Further, your own outcomes are a consequence of your judgment, interpretations, and actions, as well as other people's actions or inactions. Therefore, you understand that there is no guarantee regarding any potential outcome from an astrology consultation or coaching session, or any other service offered on the Website.

In addition, participating in coaching may entail risks associated with a challenging program of personal growth and development, including risks of mental or emotional upset, energy activations within the body, as well as risks that may not be foreseeable when you begin a coaching or mentorship engagement. By purchasing a coaching product or service, and participating in coaching, you freely and voluntarily assume all such risks and you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and you agree not to attempt to hold the Website, Betsy Gutting, or any affiliated company liable for any such decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance in perpetuity.

You assume full responsibility for any choices, decisions, or actions that you take as a result of your use or purchase of content, products, or services from the Website. When you sign up and/or pay for any consultation, session, product, or service on the Website, you agree that you are using them at your own risk.

Neither Betsy Gutting, nor anyone involved with the provision of the products and services purchased from the Website, shall be liable for any damages arising from your inability to use the services, products, or from errors caused by negligence or otherwise.

Terms of Purchase

When booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree that:

(i) You are responsible for reading the full item description (described under “learn more” for each service or product on the Website) before making a commitment to purchase it.

(ii) You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices charged for services and/or products are listed on the Website for each product or service.

For any purchase you make on the Website, you will never be charged an additional amount beyond the listed price at your time of purchase.

However, we reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and/or sales tax is available on the payments page at check-out.
 

No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the coaching and astrology services we provide, as well as the significant time commitment required to prepare in advance for consultations, sessions, and other services, WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS for any purchased service.

Promotional Emails and Content

By subscribing to Betsy Gutting’s free newsletter,  inspirational updates, and event announcement emails, or when you purchase a service on the Website, you agree to receive from time to time the above-described communications, as well as promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with. If you provide your phone number to receive calls or text messages, we will only contact you by phone or text message if necessary to reach you in a timely manner about a service that you have booked..

In the unlikely event that we can't resolve a dispute, we each agree to resolve those disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court.  

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the California without regard to conflict of law principles. We and you each irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Orange County, California, USA.
